The Rombout Fire District is committed to serving the Town of Fishkill community with the highest levels of life and property protection. We will achieve this by providing excellent and compassionate service in an atmosphere that encourages innovation, professional development and diversity.

Our mission is to serve and protect the lives and property of the people and families of our community. We protect them from fires, natural disasters, automobile accidents, and hazardous materials incidents. We take pride in providing fire prevention and education programs to our public in hopes to teach ways of preventing fires.

We strive to provide quality service as well as professional fire protection and life safety to meet the needs of our community.
